Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Crafting

Every creation at RAJI – House of Crystals is natural, cleansed, and thoughtfully prepared with pure sandalwood oil infusion before packaging.

• Standard Orders: Processed and prepared within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
• Custom & Personalized Items: Custom gemstone sizes, tailored Rakhis, or bespoke living pieces may require an additional 1–2 crafting days.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your package is handed over to our courier partners, expected transit times are as follows:

• Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote / Special Regions: Up to 7 to 9 business days depending on local courier accessibility.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery destination.

• Prepaid Orders: Free standard shipping across India on orders above ₹999. A nominal fee applies for orders under ₹999.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional non-refundable handling fee may apply to COD orders to cover courier processing costs.

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automatic tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. You can monitor your shipment’s journey directly through the provided courier portal.

5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your complete delivery address, landmark, and active contact number are accurately provided during checkout. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated customer absence, re-shipping charges may apply.
