Returns or Exchanges Eligibility
Returns or exchanges will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The product has been damaged during transit.
- You have received an incorrect item.
In such cases:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Please share clear photographs and an unboxing video of the package and product.
- Once the claim has been verified, we will arrange for a replacement or an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Note: Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Refund Terms & Exclusions
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
- Natural variations in gemstones
- Customised or personalised products
- Home décor items
Approved refunds, if applicable, will only be processed in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be arranged.
